A 4.5 acre site within the heart of Denver’s River North corridor, with an ambitious vision for 1 million + square feet of mixed use development.  Strae served as the land owner’s primary financial advisor during certain predevelopment activities, including

  • Pro forma modeling and general capital structuring
  • Administration of an RFP process to secure a development partner,
  • Supported land owner’s negotiation of joint venture agreement,
  • Established multiple metropolitan districts within the project
  • Negotiation of public benefits with city officials in connection with overlay zoning
